Brian is a fantastic agent to have in your corner when you are in the market for selling or buying a home. We bought our first house with his help in 2015. We drove him all over the county for months until we found the perfect house for our new family. In 2020, we placed our house on the market in the hopes to buy a bigger home as our family had expanded. We had a contract to purchase in less than a week. And we sold it for nearly $20,000 more than we paid for it! We went on the hunt for a larger home and more property for the next 3.5 years!!! Brian was right there with us as we looked at dozens of houses and properties. I'm guessing we walked through 60 houses. We put in 17 different bids on properties. Brian is a great realtor. He helped me with buying our new home , and selling our old home. I could call him and he would get things set up quickly. I recall a few times when I went looking at houses I found online , did a drive by ,and called him to say I wanted to see it ,and he would say stay there I’m on my way and would get it done that fast !! I didn’t find my perfect house for over a year ,but he never got upset ,wanted to make sure we found our perfect home. He is very knowledgeable when we would ask questions that came up with the houses we looked at. He also has a great sense of humor ( he had to , to be able to deal with us ) .
